Parent Information & Code of Conduct

At All Out Athletics, we believe that a strong partnership between coaches, players, and parents creates the best experience for everyone involved.  This page provides important details to help you stay informed and engaged, plus a clear Code of Conduct to ensure a positive environment for all.

Parent Information

1. Communication:
We use GroupMe, Email, Facebook Group for all team updates, schedule changes, and announcements.  Please check regularly.

2. Practice & Game Schedule:
You’ll receive messages on GroupMe.  Please have your child arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to participate.

3. Equipment Needed:

  • Glove (required)

  • Cleats (No Metal Cleats) or Athletic Shoes

  • Team shirt (provided)

  • Helmet and bat (optional – we have shared equipment available)

4. Fees & Waiver:
We are a nonprofit organization, and to keep costs low, we ask parents to:

  • To sign up to volunteer, buy snacks, or sponsor.

  • Sign a liability waiver (All Out Athletics does not provide insurance)

5. Safety First:
If your child has any allergies, medical needs, or special accommodations, please let us know before the season begins.

Parent Code of Conduct

*  I will encourage my child with positive words and support.
*  I will respect all coaches, players, officials, and other families.
*  I will not argue with or criticize referees, coaches, or players during games.
*  I will never use profanity or aggressive behavior at any event.
*  I will model good sportsmanship for my child and others.
*  I understand that playing time and positions are based on development, effort, and coach decisions.
*  I will communicate calmly and respectfully with coaches if I have concerns.
🛑 Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from team events.
