Wrestling

🧢 Program Overview
Iron Grip Wrestling is dedicated to helping kids of all skill levels grow in strength, discipline, and confidence. Our season runs from early November through late February, with practices focused on fundamentals, conditioning, and sportsmanship. We welcome both boys and girls to join our wrestling family, no experience required!
Did you know?
Wrestling builds mental toughness, body control, and character, on and off the mat. Many of the greatest athletes in history started as wrestlers!
It just goes to show, you're never too young to step on the mat, wrestle hard, and do something BIG! 🤼💪
Coach Art brings passion, energy, and a commitment to making sure every kid gets to play, no matter what. He focuses on building confidence through encouragement and helping kids learn through doing.
